Electrical Nightmare

I would stay far away from this company. Half our building has dangerous electrical surging going on and it took 10 days for them to even send an electrician out. Then they proceed to put tape over the outside socket box which isn’t up to code. Surge protectors blowing up. They will threaten you with eviction and collections. Still having the same issues and no resolution. Forced to move out. Extremely unprofessional people who could care less about human lives.

The park at brandywine

Can’t say enough about the staff and management team there. Doris was so incredibly helpful to me as well as the manager on site. My apartment was clean and ready to go when I moved in. Never had problems with bugs, if I needed maintenance they were there immediately. It’s quiet and clean and I couldn’t have been more happy with my experience there!!!! Highly recommend for affordability, cleanliness and the amazing staff.

Great Location

Great Location, surrounded by Restaurants, Hospital, Grocery Stores but at the same time away from the chaos. You can feel the peaceful atmosphere. I’m very satisfied with my new home town!
