Best place I’ve lived

I have been renting apartments for the past several years; BREZ easily is my favorite place that I’ve ever lived. The location is prime, the leasing office treats you like family, and the amenities are amazing. I love that I am an 8 minute walk from the beach and steps away from fantastic restaurants. The whole community that lives here is awesome and very welcoming. If you want to live in the best building in Delray this is the spot!

Beautiful apartment with amazing staff

The apartment is beautiful. It is very walkable to shops, restaurants, and the beach. What makes the apartment truly special is the helpful staff. Cy, Danny, and Daniella are all dedicated and make my life easier in so many ways ( from moving in to helping with various things when I’m away). I appreciate them so much. The Maitenance crew is also helpful and responds so quickly. I feel very lucky that I get to live here!

Endless Fire Alarms

10;30pm and the fire alarms have been going off for 20 minutes. Noone answering the phone.
This happens on a regular basis.
Impossible to get a good nights sleep.
