Great place to live

I moved to Delray Bay last year and I love the place. Location is great, apartments are close to the beautiful beach, downtown Delray Beach and Mizner Park in Boca. Community is very close to the train tracks and you can hear the train pass by at nights, but it never bothered me. Even though community is not gated, i always felt safe.
Devi in the leasing office is great! Always very helpful and nice. My a/c stopped cooling couple of times during the year, but it was always fixed within hours!… In the beginning of my lease, I saw bunch of ants in the kitchen and couple bugs, but once i made a call to the leasing office and requested my apartment to be sprayed (free service), never had an issue with ants or bugs again. Shawn is the maintenance guy for the community and is very efficient.
I love this complex, but unfortunately not renewing my lease due to prices going up way too fast. Was not happy with almost a $200 lease increase. If prices were to go down, would definitely move back. Overall, its a great and safe community to live in.

Delray Bay Apartments

I absolutely love my temporary home. This place offers so much for a decent amount of money. This place has great floors plans and so many great features. My favorite part is that every Saturday they offer breakfast at the leasing office and have occasional ice cream socials. I love living here and would do anything to be able to afford to keep living here. I even have a washer and dryer in unit which makes it so much easier to do laundry (and that is often considering i have a 1 year old) and… my husband is deployed. All the people in the leasing office are amazing as well. Kathy, John and Devi are fantastic and always super helpful!!

Home

We had no prior references to our apartment complex, Delray Bay Apartments, before we moved in, but how we got so lucky I don't know. The staff is great. Any maintenance issues were handled-Same Day! Even air cond. The trees are beautiful, the brick walk ways, spotless clean. Homey atmosphere. And best location to local eateries, grocery, and all shopping and interstate. And Bbq's, luaus, free breakfast one day a week! So happy to be here.
