I love living here.After all these years , it certainly feels like my forever home. I love the girls in the office. Our maintenence guys are the best. . Our brand new clubhouse is just about finished. Everyone in our community is friendly. We’re close to Downtown Delray where we have great Restaurants & shops.We have the best beach. We’re close to the malls. What more can you ask for.

Nice Community

If you're looking to rent here and checking reviews, I would say it's ok. It's supposed to be a gated community but the gate hasn't worked for weeks now. They have said they will be installing a new gate system but that hasn't happened and no further information has been provided. The main office building is being renovated, but I wouldn't count on it being done anytime soon. The gym is under renovation and open limited hours. It would be great if they would update the community for the timeline... on all these projects. The grounds are landscaped nicely and the pool area is pretty with clean, updated furniture. We did also get new grills recently. The maintenance team is friendly and responds quickly to any issues. I've seen other people comment on the parking, I don't find it to be an issue when we have guests. We do use our garage though. In general, the community is quiet and safe. Overall it's a perfectly fine place to live. Would like to see gate fixed soon and for updates on main office and gym completion to be provided.
