PLEASE READ! DO NOT RENT HERE!

DANGEROUS, Dirty, Rude employees (expect maintenance), broken appliance, leaks, drugs, no A/C. There are constant car break-ins, police cars and ambulances going through this neighborhood and not ONCE will they warn you. I cant walk my dog without stepping in garbage, dog poop, or being offered to buy drugs. I'm doing everything I can to get out of my lease, I pray someone reads this and makes the right decision to go elsewhere.

One of a kind

Hi this is Margaret Fox and I just want to commend BJ and the staff here at Waters Edge of what a great job they have done during this pandemic. You have all gone over and above to accommodate all the needs of the property and particularly myself and roommate I want to thank you everything as I am very impressed about how well-informed you keep us and take care of us as your tenants. I am 65 years old and disabled and BJ always makes me always makes me feel like I'm the only tenant here which I… know I am not. The property is in Immaculate condition and I am very proud to live here and would certainly recommend this place to anyone. I wanted to stay this because I know many people get complaints but I wanted you all to know that Michael Fox and myself greatly appreciate the professionalism the kindness and certainly how everyone goes out of their way to fill our every need. Thank you again please stay safe as I look forward to living here and enjoying all the amenities at which time you feel safe that can be open have a great day and thank you sincerely Margaret Fox and Michael Fox

Pet Friendly

This apartment community is fabulous amount accommodating pets and pet parents alike, the pet rent is very in expensive, and there is wonderful bark park in the back of property, along with a huge open field!
They always make sure the grounds are well maintained and clean.

Wonderful office staff and clean apartment community

The neighborhood is conveniently located to the beach and downtown and the grounds are maintained! I really enjoy the walking/ running path surrounding the lake, the office staff is also so friendly and pleasant to work with!
10/10 would recommend!
