Wake up to endless Gulf views in this beautifully remodeled 2-bedroom beachfront condo at Emerald Towers. This south-facing retreat features a private balcony overlooking the emerald waters of Destin. Feel at home in this bright, beachfront escape designed around one thing: the view.
The entire east wall of the living space is mirrored, reflecting the water and filling the condo with natural light and endless coastal views. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything you need for cooking or quick beach snacks. The dining area flows into the living room where a 55" Roku TV and comfortable seating create the perfect place to relax after a day in the sun. The master suite is directly on the Gulf side of the condo and features a king bed with a 14-inch luxury foam mattress, a 32" Roku TV, and en-suite bathroom that includes a double vanity and a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom is located on the opposite side of the condo and features a queen bed with a 14-inch luxury foam mattress and a 40" Roku TV. The nearby guest bathroom includes a single vanity and tub/shower combo. Amenities include a beachfront pool and gym.
A car is recommended for exploring Destin and the surrounding Emerald Coast. This condo includes convenient parking within the gated Emerald Towers property. Most major Destin attractions, restaurants, and grocery stores are within a 2–15 minute drive. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are also widely available.
Emerald Towers sits in the heart of Destin directly on the Gulf of America. This location places you minutes from some of the area’s best restaurants, shopping, and attractions, including The Destin Harbor Boardwalk, Big Kahuna’s Water Park, HarborWalk Village, and Silver Sands Premium Outlets. You’re close to everything while still enjoying a quieter beachfront building compared to some of the larger resort properties nearby.
Locals must communicate with the host before booking. Check-in time is 4pm or after, and check-out time is 10am. Guests agree to pay a $50 smoke damage cleaning fee if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered after check-out. If Guest exceeds the occupancy noted in the reservation, all guests and/or visitors to the Property will be immediately evicted without refund for unused days remaining. Guest also agrees to pay a charge of $20 per person/ per day for every visitor not identified by Guest in the reservation. Pets are not allowed at this property. Quiet time is 10pm to 8am, and any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction of all guests from Property. No refund will be given for the unused portion of the guests stay. An additional cleaning fee of double the cleaning cost can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning.
Due to being on an island with a tropical climate, there are tropical insects, amphibians, fish, etc. The space is treated regularly for pests however, you may come across a palmetto bug, wood roach, American roach, Ceratopogonidae (no-seams), mosquitos, termites, etc. During storms, we tend to find that insects can and will invade spaces to get away from the rain. While we do take precautions to keep these critters out, it is sometimes out of our control as this is the environment in which we live. The property is located very close to the water - snakes such as water moccasins are seen on occasion, especially near rocks and such, please make sure you are aware of your surroundings.
