Two free parking spots are available right in front of the property, and the townhouse offers two private balconies and two decks to enjoy the gulf breeze. Pets are not allowed on the property.
Located just steps from the famous Norriego Point, this property is the perfect destination for nature enthusiasts. Enjoy the best of Destin with easy access to beaches, restaurants, and bars. The closest public beach access is the O'Steen Public Beach Access, situated less than a quarter mile away. HarborWalk Village for shopping, dining, and entertainment is also nearby. The neighborhood offers a serene and peaceful environment, surrounded by water on three sides.
Smoking is not allowed inside the townhouse or on the balconies or decks; smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. A $250 cleaning and deodorizing fee will be charged if there is any evidence of smoke. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Guests are asked to treat the townhouse with care and respect. Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. A $50 fine will be charged if guests are not checked out by the specified time. A $25 late check-out fee will be charged for each extended hour if approved by the host. Guests must report any cleaning or maintenance concerns within 2 hours of check-in. Guests are responsible for child-proofing the unit. Any damage to furnishings or fixtures will be charged to the guest. Lost or damaged keys will incur a $25 replacement fee. Guests agree to pay any documented loss of host income created by violating house rules. A $500 smoke damage cleaning fee will be charged if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered after guest check-out. Events and vendors are prohibited. Guests must remove shoes when inside the home. Guests are responsible for reporting hazardous items. Guests are not to re-key or change door locks. Lockouts will result in the guest being responsible for the locksmith fee. Complaints from neighbors may result in immediate eviction without refund. Guests are not to move furniture. An additional cleaning fee of double the cleaning cost may be charged if additional cleanup is required. Guests give permission for StellarDweller to use a third-party to verify identity and check criminal databases. Guests must be 18 years of age or older at the time of booking.
