The open-concept kitchen is stocked with full appliances, dishes, bake ware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, a blender, a traditional coffee maker, and a Keurig. For younger guests, a high chair, pack and play, kids cutlery, cups, and plastic dishes are provided.
Enjoy exclusive private gated beach access with keycard access and access to docks for fishing. Parking is limited, with guaranteed parking for 1 vehicle in numbered spot 16. Additional vehicles can be parked in spots marked "V". Watercraft, trailers, box trucks, RVs, and campers are not permitted.

During July, the HOA will be making repairs to the seawall and dock areas, which guests should not access. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM CST. Smoking is not allowed indoors or on balconies. A $115 fee applies for any lost or damaged beach keycard. Violating house rules may result in additional charges or forfeiture of the security deposit. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Luggage is not to be left at the property after check-out. Mail cannot be shipped to the property. No student groups or guests under 25 are permitted. No underage drinking or illegal activity of any kind is allowed. Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. No unapproved visitors, drop-ins, or extra overnight guests allowed. Do not rearrange furniture in the home. Any cleanup of bodily fluids will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges.
