The first floor features a game room with ping pong and a lounge TV area, along with a full-sized washer and dryer. The kitchen is well-equipped with full appliances, dishes, bake ware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, a blender, a traditional coffee maker, and a Keurig. For younger guests, a high chair, pack and play, kids cutlery, cups, and plastic dishes are provided. The living room offers a Queen sleeper sofa, love seat, and chairs, with a large flat-screen Roku-enabled Smart TV. Both bedrooms on the third floor have private bathrooms and their own private balconies with water views.

Everything else is easily accessed by car, and the Destin Water Taxi can pick you up from the docks for a cruise to HarborWalk Village or Crab Island.
This is a 3-story townhome with stairs only and no elevator access, which may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Check-in is at 4 PM CST and check-out is at 10 AM CST. Linens and beach towels are provided, along with a courtesy supply of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, soap, trash bags, and dish and laundry detergent. Beach equipment and supplies are not provided. Trailer/RV/BoxTruck/Watercraft parking is not permitted. Noise ordinances are at 10 PM, and excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances are not permitted. Student groups or guests under 25 are not permitted. No underage drinking or illegal activity is allowed. Smoking is not permitted indoors or on balconies. A $115 fee applies for any lost or damaged beach keycard. Pets are not allowed. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unapproved visitors, drop-ins, or extra overnight guests are allowed. Mail cannot be shipped to the property.
