Any additional (or larger vehicles that cannot fit in the spot) can be parked in either spot marked “V” for visitor, but these spots are first come first serve and not guaranteed.
Laguna Point is a hidden gem tucked away on Holiday Isle, right in the heart of Destin! You’ll be just minutes from HarborWalk Village, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlets, Big Kahuna’s, and countless restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. Everything is easily accessed by car, and the apartment is centrally located in Destin so in either direction you can find some of the best restaurants, shopping, and entertainment! There are also docks along the back of the complex that you and your group can be picked up by the Destin Water Taxi to cruise to the HarborWalk Village or Crab Island!
Due to this being a residential community, noise ordinances are at 10 pm. Excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances are not permitted at any time. This apartment does not host student groups or groups under age 25 at any time. Unfortunately, this location is not pet friendly. Trailer/RV/BoxTruck/Watercraft parking is not permitted at any time in our community. Towing fees issued from the HOA do apply to any violation of this.
