The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, bake ware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, a blender, and both a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig. A coffee and wine bar includes glasses, a wine and beer cooler, and an ice maker. The living room has a couch, occasional chair, and poufs for seating, along with a big screen Smart TV with Cable and streaming service compatibility. A half bath is conveniently located between the kitchen and living areas.
Enjoy exclusive private gated beach access with keycard access, a short 5-minute walk away. There is a fun bonus game room with ping pong and a lounge TV area. Docks are available to fish from right out your front door, though boat docking is not permitted. Parking is limited to 1 vehicle in the numbered spot corresponding with your unit number. Additional vehicles can be parked in spots marked "V". Watercraft, trailers, box trucks, RVs, and campers are not permitted to be parked in the complex. A keycard for beach access must be left on the counter at departure; a $115 fee applies for any lost or damaged keycard. A pack and play and high chair are available for younger travelers.

During July, HOA repairs to the seawall and dock areas are underway, and guests should not access marked-off areas for safety reasons. This work is beyond the host's control and does not affect the townhome itself. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Smoking is not allowed indoors or on balconies at any time. Events are not allowed. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Luggage cannot be left at the property after check-out. Mail cannot be shipped to the property. House parties, excess noise, or disturbances to neighbors are not permitted at any time. No student groups or guests under 25 are permitted, including spring break groups. Underage drinking or illegal activity of any kind is not allowed. If police or local authorities are called and eviction is necessary, no refunds will be issued, and the full security deposit may be forfeited. This location is not pet-friendly. Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. No unapproved visitors, drop-ins, or extra overnight guests are allowed. If your guest count changes, your reservation must be updated in advance. Do not rearrange furniture in the home. Any cleanup of bodily fluids will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges, and may cause partial or full loss of deposit. All issues or damage must be reported immediately. Guests may be held financially responsible for unreported issues or damage discovered after check-out. Violating house rules may result in additional charges or forfeiture of the security deposit.
