This quaint townhome has a classic coastal charm, perfect for soaking up the sun and sand. The kitchen is equipped with full appliances, dishes, bake ware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, a blender, a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig. A high chair, pack and play, kids cutlery, cups, and plastic dishes are available for tiny travelers. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and a large flat screen TV with standard cable. In the cooler months, guests can enjoy the electric fireplace. Beach towels are provided for guest use during your stay, and a full-size washer and dryer are in the garage.
Parking is available for up to two vehicles, one in a designated numbered parking spot in front of the building, and one in the garage.
Laguna Point is a hidden gem tucked away on Holiday Isle, right in the heart of Destin! You’ll be just minutes from HarborWalk Village, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlets, Big Kahuna’s, and countless restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. The private gated beach access is a short walk away. There are also docks along the back of the complex where you and your group can be picked up by the Destin Water Taxi to cruise to the HarborWalk Village or Crab Island!
This is a residential community, and noise ordinances are at 10 pm. Excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances are not permitted at any time. Student groups or groups under age 25 are not permitted. Unfortunately, this location is not pet friendly.
