This quaint 3-story townhome has a classic... coastal charm and is perfect for guests who plan to spend their days soaking up the sun and sand. The kitchen is equipped with full appliances, dishes, bake ware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, a blender, a traditional coffee maker, and a Keurig. There is a large flat-screen TV with standard cable in the living room, as well as an electric fireplace. A full-size washer and dryer are available for use in the garage. Linens and beach towels are provided.
Parking is available for up to two vehicles, one in the designated numbered parking spot in front of the building and one in the garage.
Laguna Point is a hidden gem tucked away on Holiday Isle, right in the heart of Destin! You’ll be just minutes from HarborWalk Village, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlets, Big Kahuna’s, and countless restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. The private gated beach access is a short walk away. There are also docks along the back of the complex where you and your group can be picked up by the Destin Water Taxi to cruise to the HarborWalk Village or Crab Island.
This is a 3-story townhome with stairs only and no elevator access, so it's not always a good fit for those with mobility issues. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 7 AM. Trailer, RV, box truck, and watercraft parking are not permitted at any time in the community, and towing fees apply to any violation. Unfortunately, pets are not permitted at this location. Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. The beach keycard must be left on the counter at departure, and a $115 fee applies for any lost or damaged keycard.
