The living area includes two sofas, a TV with standard cable, and a Queen pull-out Murphy bed. The master suite offers a King bed, TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. There is also a bunk room with triple stacked twin bunk beds and a third bedroom with a King bed and TV. A full-sized washer and dryer are available for guest use.
Guests can enjoy access to two community pools, one of which is seasonally heated. Recreational amenities include basketball, pickleball, tennis, and shuffleboard courts. There is seasonal tram service to the private gated beach access, which includes a pavilion, beach wagon parking, restrooms, and showers. Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway, with potential room for a third depending on vehicle size. A one-time fee of $30 per group is required for beach access wristbands. A maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted with a $200 non-refundable pet fee per dog, and an additional $50 fee may apply for excess cleanup.
