This home features a living area with two sofas, a TV with standard cable, and a Queen-sized pull-out Murphy bed. The open-concept kitchen and dining area overlook the living space, with a dining table seating 8 and additional breakfast bar seating. The kitchen is equipped with full appliances, dishes, bake ware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, a blender, a traditional coffee maker, and a Keurig. The master suite includes a King bed and TV, with an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in closet, his and her sinks, a separate toilet room, a jacuzzi tub, and a standalone shower. The bunk room has triple stacked twin bunk beds, with the bottom bunk designed for safety. The third bedroom offers a King bed, a TV, and closet space. A Jack & Jill bathroom with a shower and tub combo connects the third bedroom to the hallway. A full-sized washer and dryer are available in the laundry room.
Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway, with potential space for a third depending on vehicle size. A one-time fee of $30 per group for your entire stay provides access to the gated beach with wristbands, payable by credit/debit card to the beach attendant. A maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted with a $200 non-refundable pet fee due before check-in. Emotional Support Animals are subject to the pet fee; ADA-registered service animals are exempt. An additional $50 fee may apply for excess pet cleanup. A pack and play and high chair are available for tiny travelers.
Situated on a cul-de-sac within the Emerald Shores gated community, this home offers convenient access from Highway 98 and Scenic Highway 98. It is just steps away from basketball, pickleball, and tennis courts, and one of the community pools. A short walk leads to the second, seasonally heated community pool. Private gated beach access, complete with pavilions and proximity to Kenny D's beach bar & grill, is located at the neighborhood entrance on Scenic 98. The property is approximately a 7-8 minute walk to the beach, with seasonal shuttle service available.
Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM CST. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. There is no street parking; a maximum of 2 vehicles are allowed in the driveway only. Campers, trailers, RVs, boats, or watercraft are not permitted due to HOA restrictions. Trash days are Tuesday and Saturday; trash must be bagged, and a $150 fine is issued for violations. Smoking is not permitted on the property at any time. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unapproved visitors, drop-ins, or extra overnight guests are permitted. Rearranging furniture is not allowed. Cleanup of bodily fluids will result in additional charges. All issues or damage must be reported immediately. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Violating house rules may result in additional charges or forfeiture of the security deposit. A community pavilion renovation will be starting on February 1st.
