The game room has a big screen TV, game table, shuffleboard table, and pool table, plus a bonus fridge. The kitchen is fully stocked with top-of-the-line appliances, dishes, utensils, cookware, small appliances (toaster oven, blender, hand mixer), and a small coffee bar area with a standard coffee pot and Keurig. A laundry room, with a full-sized washer and dryer, is situated directly off the kitchen area. The outdoor space comes complete with a second grilling area, pool loungers, and ample seating under the bistro-lit pergola. The immense pool can accommodate large groups, and the spillover spa adds a special touch.

This home is just 15 minutes from popular destinations like HarborWalk Village, Baytowne Wharf, and Silver Sands Outlets. You’re also close to the Scenic Highway 30A and many Destin hotspots.
