The first floor features a game room with a big-screen TV, game table, shuffleboard table, pool table, and a bonus fridge. It also includes a large bunk room with three Queen-over-Queen bunk beds and a big-screen TV, a half bath, and two King bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom and backyard access. The second floor boasts a living and dining area with a wrap-around balcony offering astonishing beach views, a gas fireplace, a big-screen Smart TV, two dining tables, and a breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen includes top-of-the-line appliances, dishes, utensils, cookware, small appliances like a toaster oven, blender, and hand mixer, a standard coffee pot, Keurig, and a pantry. A full-sized washer and dryer are also located on this floor. Additionally, there is a bedroom with two Queen beds and a Smart TV, a small balcony overlooking the pool deck, and a King bedroom with an attached bathroom featuring a clawfoot tub and shower. The third floor includes a bunk room with Twin bunk beds and a TV, a King bedroom with an attached bathroom, and the Grand Master Suite with a King-size bed, walk-in closet, couch, and an ensuite bathroom with a standalone tub, his & hers vanity sinks, and a walk-in shower with a built-in bench. Pool heating for the entire pool is available for an additional fee. A maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted with a $200 non-refundable pet fee due before check-in. Golf cart use is available for an additional fee and pricing, with guests needing to be 25 years or older to operate it.

You are in the heart of Crystal Beach, directly across from Destin Commons with plenty of shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. The Silver Sands Outlets are a short drive east, offering more shopping, restaurants, and a children's play area. Public beach accesses are conveniently located within walking or golf cart distance.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Events are not allowed. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Early check-in and late check-out may be possible upon request. Guests are not able to have mail shipped to the property. Spring break/student groups (under age 25) must notify before booking, as additional requirements apply, including signing a student agreement and bringing $100 cash per person at time of check-in for a refundable security deposit. No underage drinking or illegal activity of any kind is allowed. If police or local authorities are called and eviction is necessary, no refunds will be issued, and the full security deposit may be forfeited. Pets must be approved in advance. Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are subject to the pet fee; only ADA-registered service animals are exempt. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets. An additional $50 fee may apply for excess cleanup. Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. No unapproved visitors, drop-ins, or extra overnight guests allowed. If your guest count changes, your reservation must be updated in advance. Do not rearrange furniture in the home. Any cleanup of bodily fluids will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges, and may cause partial or full loss of deposit. There is parking to accommodate up to 5 vehicles, and street parking/blocking sidewalk/right-of-way may result in citation from the City of Destin to be paid by guests in violation. The spa is not a hot tub and cannot be heated independently unless pool heating is paid for. Tampering with the pool heater/temperature will result in a full charge of your entire security deposit. No jumping from balcony into pool will result in immediate eviction and loss of security deposit. Trash must be taken to the curb on Monday and Thursday evenings for Tuesday and Friday pickup. Excess trash or missed pickup days may incur additional charges. Trash cans must be returned to the home after pickup. Failure to do so may result in an HOA citation. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Violating house rules may result in additional charges or forfeiture of the security deposit.
