The gourmet kitchen in the main home is complete with vast counter space, an oversized refrigerator, double oven, cooktop, under-counter ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, standard coffee maker, Keurig, blender, crock pot, and toaster. The carriage home also features a full kitchen with full appliances, dishes, silverware, and small appliances. Both homes offer a full-size washer and dryer for convenient guest use. The main home's living area features multiple seating areas and a large screen TV. Please note the fireplace is for aesthetics only and is not functional.
Enjoy a private, optionally heated pool with seating and a poolside bar, and a private hot tub on the front deck. Golf cart rentals are available for an additional fee, and pool heating is also available for an extra charge, with pricing varying based on season and length of trip. Pets are welcome with a $200 pet fee per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets permitted unless otherwise approved. Spring break/student groups (under age 25) require prior approval, a $100 cash deposit from each guest, and signed student rules. Parents must be present at all times for approved student groups.
