The full bathroom includes a tub/shower combination, a bright vanity area, a hair dryer, bath towels, washcloths, and starter toiletries. The open-concept living space offers comfortable seating, a TV with cable, and access to the private wraparound balcony. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove & oven, microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, a crockpot, blender, toaster, griddle, a traditional drip coffee maker, and a Keurig. Dining space is available for 4 at the dining table and 2 at the breakfast bar. A washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board are also provided.

Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. This is a family-friendly condo community with a peaceful atmosphere. Parking for trailers, RVs, boats, and box trucks is prohibited by the HOA. Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Air conditioning should not be set lower than 70 degrees; guests are responsible for repairs if A/C issues are caused by freezing the unit. All issues or damage must be reported immediately. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Check-in is at 4 PM CST and check-out is at 10 AM CST. Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed. Luggage is not to be left at the property after check-out. Guests are not able to have mail shipped to the property.
