Check-in is contactless and begins at your reservation start time. Check-out time is 10 am. Guests are asked to notify the host of their expected arrival time at least 6 hours in advance. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to book. This is a non-smoking property, and any sign or smell of smoke will incur a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee. Pets are not allowed, and guests who bring pets will be charged a $300 pet fee and immediately evicted. No events or vendors are permitted on the property. Guests are responsible for reporting any damage or hazards within one hour of occupancy. Children are not child-proofed, and parents are responsible for child-proofing. Guests agree to pay for any damage made to the property. The host or their agent may enter the property at any time in the event of an emergency, to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, and with 24 hours’ notice for normal maintenance. The host shall not be liable for personal items left behind. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. The host shall not be liable to guests for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property. Guests agree to pay any documented loss of host income created by violating house rules. Guests are asked to be respectful of bed sheets and towels, and to avoid using regular hand/bath towels with skin products. Un-salvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest. Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be re-arranged. An additional cleaning fee of double the cleaning cost can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning.
