The kitchen is equipped with full appliances, dishes, bakeware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, a blender, and both a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig. For younger guests, a high chair, pack-n-play, and kids' dishes are available.
This community offers three newly remodeled pools, with the pool near the tennis courts being seasonally heated. Freshly resurfaced tennis courts with Pickleball lines are available. Electric vehicle (EV) charging stations are conveniently located near the laundry facility and tennis courts. A $50 pet fee applies for house-trained pets, with a maximum of two dogs allowed. This is a first-floor unit, so noise from neighboring units may be heard. The community was constructed in the 1970s and has a more dated exterior, which is beyond our control. A 10 PM noise ordinance is in effect, and excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances are not permitted. Trailer, RV, box truck, or watercraft parking is not permitted in the complex, and HOA towing fees apply for any violations. Check-in time is 4 PM CST, and luggage drop-offs are not allowed. Checkout is 10 AM CST, and any stay past this time will result in an additional day charge. All issues must be disclosed prior to checkout, or guests are held liable for any damages. Any violation of house rules or terms and conditions are subject to eviction without refund. A courtesy supply of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, soap, trash bags, dish, and laundry detergent is included. Spices, condiments, oils, sunscreen, and food storage are not provided.
