This fun-filled condo features a mini-Foosball coffee table, outdoor ring toss, and a colorful electric fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with full appliances, dishes, bakeware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, a blender, a traditional coffee maker, and a Keurig. For younger guests, a high chair, pack and play, and kids' dishes are available. The bedroom includes a king bed and two twin trundle beds, along with a Roku TV with standard cable. The bathroom offers a shower/tub combo, a vessel sink, and soft towels.
Enjoy access to three newly remodeled community pools, with the pool near the tennis courts being seasonally heated. Freshly resurfaced tennis courts with Pickleball lines are available. The community also offers electric vehicle (EV) charging stations. Your furry friends are welcome with a $50 pet fee per pet, with a maximum of two dogs allowed. Pets must be crated when unattended and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them. Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time. Charcoal grills are available throughout the community for guest use.
Located in the heart of Destin, this condo is just minutes away from a variety of dining, shopping, and local hotspots. You'll be less than a mile from public beach access at June Decker Beach Trail, Destin Dog Park, Morgan Sportscenter, Big Kahunas, and The Track. The complex offers two entrances for convenient access to Destin's main highway or a side street to avoid traffic.
Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Events are not permitted. Check-in time is 4 PM CST, and luggage drop-offs are not allowed. While an early check-in may occasionally be possible, it cannot be guaranteed in advance. The community buildings were constructed in the 1970s and have a dated exterior, which is beyond our control. Any violation of house rules or terms and conditions are subject to eviction without refund. Checkout is 10 AM CST, and any stay past this time will result in an additional day charge. All issues must be disclosed prior to checkout, or guests are held liable for any damages. We do not issue refunds for lack of amenities such as TV, Wi-Fi/Internet, or A/C, as these types of outages are beyond our control, but we will do our best to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
