The first bedroom features a comfortable hybrid memory foam and spring king-size bed and a Roku-enabled TV. The Jack & Jill style bathroom offers a shower and tub combo and a well-lit vanity area. The second bedroom is a great space for kids, with a bungalow-styled bunk bed with a twin top bunk, queen-size bottom bunk, and a twin trundle bed. A smart TV is in this room as well.
Enjoy access to three newly remodeled community pools, one of which is seasonally heated, and freshly resurfaced tennis courts with pickleball lines. Gulf Terrace Condominiums offers electric vehicle charging stations near the laundry facility and tennis courts. Pets are welcome with a fee of $50 per pet, with a maximum of two dogs allowed.
Gulf Terrace Condominiums are centrally located in the heart of Destin, just minutes away from a variety of dining, shopping, and local hotspots. You’ll be less than a mile from June White Decker public beach access, Big Kahuna’s Water Park, and The Track Family Fun Parks. The complex offers the convenience of two entrances: the main entrance takes you directly onto Destin’s main highway, while the side entrance lets you exit onto a side street with a stoplight.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. All stays with house-trained pets must be disclosed, and pets must be crated when unattended.
