The bedroom features a memory foam king-size bed with twin trundle beds underneath, and a Roku-enabled TV for relaxing at the end of the day. Exciting news for electric vehicle owners: Gulf Terrace Condominiums now offers EV charging stations located near the laundry facility and tennis courts. A pet fee of $50 is required for any stay that includes a house-trained pet, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed. Pets must be crated when unattended and cleaned up after inside and out. ADA-recognized service animals are not charged a pet fee, but ESA (Emotional Support Animals) are still subject to the pet fee.
While not beachfront, the condo's driving proximity to everything Destin has to offer is unbeatable. Check-in time is 4 PM CST and check-out time is 10 AM CST. Early check-in and late check-out may be accommodated with advanced notice. The condo is in a building with shared walls, so there is potential for noise from other units. Trailer, watercraft, RV, and other large vehicles are not permitted to be parked in the complex at any time due to HOA restrictions. Noise ordinances are in effect at 10 PM sharp, and excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances are not permitted. Any stay past check-out time will result in an additional day charge and an additional cleaning fee. Any issues must be disclosed prior to check-out, or the guest is held liable for any damages. Pets are not permitted on furniture at any time. False information regarding a service animal is against the law in our state.
