The condo is conveniently located approximately 3/4 mile from public beach access and within walking distance to restaurants, parks, family activities, and shopping. Access to the condo is via a stairway entrance to the breezeway, and parking is available directly in front of the building.
Inside, you'll find a clean and budget-friendly rental space with a unique layout of two bedrooms and two attached full bathrooms, accommodating up to eight guests. The living room features a comfy sectional, a large Smart TV, and an electric fireplace. The open-concept kitchen boasts custom counter space, a breakfast bar, and a full suite of stainless appliances, including a Hamilton Beach Flex Brew coffee maker. For our tiny travelers, we provide plastic bowls, plates, silverware, cups, a pack and play, and a small high chair.
Electric vehicle charging stations are available near the laundry facility and tennis courts. A pet fee of $50 applies for house-trained pets, with a maximum of two dogs allowed. Pets must be crated when unattended and are not allowed on furniture. ADA-recognized service animals are exempt from the pet fee, but Emotional Support Animals are not.
Gulf Terrace Condominiums are located in the heart of Destin, just minutes away from a variety of dining, shopping, and local hotspots. You’ll be less than a mile from June White Decker public beach access, Big Kahuna’s Water Park, and The Track Family Fun Parks, making it easy to enjoy all the area has to offer. The complex offers the convenience of two entrances, providing easy access to Destin’s main highway and a side street with a stoplight to avoid traffic.
Noise ordinances are in effect at 10 PM, and excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances are not permitted at any time. This is a condo in a building with shared walls, so there is a potential for noise. Check-in is at 4 PM CST, and checkout is at 10 AM CST. A $50 pet fee applies for house-trained pets, with a maximum of two dogs allowed. Pets must be crated when unattended and are not allowed on furniture.
