A breakfast bar with four stools and a dining table for four offer comfortable dining options with lake views. For younger guests, a high chair, pack-n-play, and plastic dinnerware are available. The bedroom includes a king-size memory foam bed and two twin trundle beds, along with a dresser and ample closet space. The bathroom features a shower and tub, soft towels, and plenty of space. This second-floor unit is accessed by stairs only, with no elevator. Guests may occasionally hear noise from neighboring units or common areas. A 10 PM noise ordinance is in effect, and excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances are not permitted. Trailer, RV, box truck, or watercraft parking is not permitted in the complex, and HOA towing fees apply for any violations. Pets must be crated when unattended and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them. Pets are not allowed on furniture. Check-in time is 4 PM CST, and check-out time is 10 AM CST. Any stay past 10 AM CST will result in an additional day charge. All issues must be disclosed prior to checkout, or guests are held liable for any damages.
