The ground floor includes a king bedroom with a walk-in closet and Roku smart TV, and a second bedroom perfect for families, sleeping up to 7 with a queen bed and a twin-over-queen bunk bed, both with twin trundle beds. These bedrooms share a full shower bathroom. Two master suites are located upstairs: one with a sitting area, Roku smart TV, ample closet space, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and tub combo; the other, a grand master suite, features a huge walk-in closet, a king bed, a private coffee and wine bar, and access to the upper deck. The en-suite bath in the grand master suite includes a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, backlit mirror, and his and hers sinks.
