The kitchen is fully stocked with top-of-the-line appliances, cookware, dishes, and a coffee maker that appeals to standard drip coffee drinkers as well as Keurig connoisseurs. There’s a traditional dining table that can seat 10, breakfast bar seating for 4, and a separate and spacious pantry. Enjoy the large, optionally heated pool and hot tub, a gazebo, a firepit, a gracious front porch, and an upper deck with ocean breezes. A ladder on the upper deck leads to the Crow’s Nest, perfect for looking out to the sunset over the ocean. Also included are a pack & play, high chair, and plastic dishes/cups/silverware to accommodate children.
A six-passenger golf cart is available for rent. Pool heating is also available for an additional fee.
Located in the heart of Crystal Beach, this house is directly across from the Destin Commons, with plenty of shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. The Silver Sands Outlets are a few minutes' drive East, with more shopping, restaurants, and a play area for kids. There are plenty of public beach accesses close by within walking or golf cart distance.
Spring break/student groups (any group under 25 years old) are not permitted. Parties and events are not permitted. This property is pet friendly with a one-time $200 fee (this includes emotional support animals). Only ADA-recognized service animals are exempt from this, and paperwork must be provided to reflect an ADA service animal; notification is required prior to arrival. Any impersonation of a service animal (i.e., emotional support animals or pets) is a crime in the state of Florida and will not be tolerated. Check-in is at 4 pm and checkout is at 9 am Central Standard Time.
We recommend bringing additional supplies for your trip, as only a small amount of complimentary "hotel/travel size" items are provided, typically enough to get you through your first day (depending on your group size & length of stay). Items recommended to bring are: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, shampoo/conditioner, shower gel, soap, specific spices, oils, plastic wrap/foil, sunscreen, aloe, and beach items other than our provided beach towels that you can't live without.
