The main home boasts a full kitchen equipped with full-size appliances, dishes, bakeware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, flat griddle, toaster, blender, and both a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig. The living room offers comfortable seating and standard cable TV. The carriage home features a full kitchen with bar seating for 8, a spacious living area with a sofa and love-seat, and a convenient stackable washer and dryer. Both homes offer access to a private pool oasis with sun loungers, dining areas, seating, and a fire pit. Two grills are available for your use.
An optional 6-passenger golf cart rental is available for guests age 25+ for cruising to the beach, shopping, and local restaurants. The property offers ample parking, including space for RVs and boat trailers. Pool heating can be added for a seasonal fee upon request. Pets are allowed with a required non-refundable pet fee of $200 per pet, with a maximum of 2 house-trained dogs permitted.
Located in the heart of Crystal Beach, this property is just a few blocks from the beach, with public beach accesses within walking or golf cart distance. It's directly across from Destin Commons, offering abundant shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. The Silver Sands Outlets are a short drive away for more shopping and dining options.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Events and parties are not permitted. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Luggage cannot be left at the property before check-in or after check-out. Mail cannot be shipped to the property. Guests must be 25 years or older to rent, with a valid license and current vehicle insurance coverage to operate a golf cart if rented. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets, and an additional $50 fee may apply for excess cleanup. Any cleanup of bodily fluids will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges.
