This home features a full-size appliances, dishes, bakeware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, flat griddle, toaster, blender, and both a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig. The living room has an oversized sectional and a large TV with standard cable. The carriage home includes a full kitchen and a spacious living area with a comfy sofa and loveseat. There are two grills at this home.
Enjoy a private pool (optionally heated) and abundant patio seating for lounging or dining. An optional six-passenger golf cart rental is available for guests age 25 and older. The Blue Octopus is about 30 minutes from VPS airport and 15 minutes from popular destinations like HarborWalk Village, Baytowne Wharf, and Silver Sands Outlets. You’re also close to the Scenic Highway 30A and many Destin hotspots.
Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Pets must be house trained, not permitted on the furniture, and are required to be crated if left unattended. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets, or an additional $50 fee may apply for excess cleanup. Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property.
