Enjoy a private, optionally heated pool and abundant patio seating for lounging or dining. There are two grills at this home. The main home's kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with full-size appliances, dishes, bakeware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, flat griddle, toaster, blender, a traditional coffee maker, and a Keurig. The carriage home features a full kitchen. Linens, towels, and beach towels are provided, along with a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher/dish soap, laundry detergent, and bar soap.
Parking is available for up to 7 vehicles, and there is room for RV/boat trailer parking. Pool heating is available for $350 per stay; for trips over 7 days, please inquire for rates. Up to 2 pets are allowed with a required non-refundable pet fee.
Located just a few blocks from the beach in the heart of Crystal Beach, this home is directly across from the Destin Commons, with plenty of shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. The Silver Sands Outlets are within a few minutes' drive, and there are plenty of public beach accesses nearby. The Blue Octopus is about 30 minutes from VPS airport and 15 minutes from popular destinations like HarborWalk Village, Baytowne Wharf, and Silver Sands Outlets.
Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST, and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. A maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted with a $200 non-refundable pet fee due before check-in.
