Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Early check-in and late check-out may be possible upon request. Guests are not able to have mail shipped to the property. Student groups under 25 years old must be approved prior to booking and will have additional requirements, including a non-negotiable cash deposit. No underage drinking or illegal activity is allowed. A maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted with a $200 non-refundable pet fee.
