It is located just one block from Destin’s stunning white-sand beaches and minutes from dining, entertainment, parks, and shopping.
The first floor features a living area with a large sectional that includes a pull-out sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, dishes, bake ware, pots & pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, a blender, a traditional coffee maker & Keurig, and a breakfast bar. The laundry room is equipped with a full-size washer & dryer, ironing board, and iron. The first floor also includes a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a bedroom with a Queen bed and desk. Upstairs, you'll find two King master bedrooms, one with a private en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and a large walk-in closet, and another bedroom with a King bed, two closets, and a balcony. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower is conveniently located in the hallway.
A free six-passenger golf cart is included for easy travel to beaches, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Guests have access to the community pool located directly across from the home. A private heated pool is available upon request for an additional fee. An outdoor shower is available on the premise for rinsing off after the pool or beach.
The Charleston is conveniently located just one block from Destin's finest white sand beaches and a few blocks away from restaurants, entertainment, parks, and shopping. It is also situated 20-30 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from major entertainment venues like The Boardwalk, SanDestin, Baytowne Wharf, Destin Commons, and Silver Sands Outlets. You'll also be within cruising distance to the "Scenic Hwy. 30A" and many other Destin hotspots, with boating, wave-runners, paddle-boarding, sunset dolphin cruises, and excellent fishing opportunities nearby.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Pets are allowed with a $200 non-refundable pet fee per dog, and a maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Events are not allowed. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Luggage cannot be left at the property after check-out. Mail cannot be shipped to the property. No student groups or guests under 25 are permitted. Underage drinking or illegal activity of any kind is not allowed. Violating house rules may result in additional charges or forfeiture of the security deposit. Guests must be 25 years or older to operate the golf cart. Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. No unapproved visitors, drop-ins, or extra overnight guests are allowed. Furniture cannot be rearranged. Any cleanup of bodily fluids will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges. Trash must be taken to the curb on Monday and Thursday evenings for Tuesday and Friday pickup. Excess trash or missed pickup days may incur additional charges. Trash cans must be returned to the home after pickup. All issues or damage must be reported immediately.
