This cozy home features a living area with a large sectional, complete with chaise lounges on each end and a pull-out. The kitchen has an open concept to the living room and is equipped with full appliances, dishes, bake ware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, a blender, and a traditional coffee maker and Keurig. A laundry room is located right off the kitchen with a full-size washer and dryer, ironing board, and iron. The outdoor entertainment space features a private heated pool, a full-sized decorative outdoor kitchen with a granite/stainless (large grill/refrigerator and sink) with a 3-seat bar area and an oscillating fan, an octagon seating table with a large umbrella, a natural gas firepit with seating for 4, and 3 loungers. There is also a ping-pong table and cornhole.

The Charleston is located a few blocks away from restaurants, entertainment, parks, and shopping. Pets are permitted with a $200 pet fee. A maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted. Emotional Support Animals are subject to the pet fee; only ADA-registered service animals are exempt. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets, or an additional $50 fee will be assessed. House parties and excessive noise/disturbances after 10 pm are not permitted at any time.
