The fully stocked kitchen features a full breakfast bar with pull-up stools, a designated coffee station, and a dining area with seating for 6, plus extra pantry space. A full laundry room is located directly off the living area. Enjoy the indoor/outdoor feel from the front and side porches off the living room, or the enclosed back porch off the dining room. Guests can savor the outdoor spaces with natural light and shaded seating areas. The front porch is perfect for chatting, while the side porch has a grill with a swing chair and a small putting green. The back porch is a tranquil screened-in seating area with a fully fenced-in yard. Off the bedrooms upstairs is a spacious deck. Guests can climb up a large ladder-style stairway to find the Crow’s Nest nook and step out to the "lookout point."
Up to 2 dogs are welcome with a $200 pet fee. Grocery delivery is also available in the area from local grocery stores such as Whole Foods, Publix, WinnDixie, Walmart, and Target via InstaCart or Shipt.
Located in the Crystal Beach Cottages neighborhood, this home is known for its quiet and charming feel. It's also a few minutes away from local restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, entertainment, sugar sand beaches, and emerald green water. There is also a large community pool, available exclusively to the few homes in the cove, that guests can enjoy year-round. NOTE: Pool is heated only during Winter holidays and Spring breaks at the discretion of the HOA, and is not guaranteed.
Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am. Groups under 25 years of age are not permitted. Underage drinking or illegal activity is prohibited. The community pool is used by registered guests only, during posted hours. No trash or debris should be left around the home or outdoors. Trash must be taken out on the specified days (Monday and Thursday AFTER 12PM ONLY for Tuesday & Friday pickup). Excess trash pickup if trash day is missed may result in additional fees. Trash cans must be brought in from the curb back to the home BEFORE 5PM or citation will apply from the City of Destin, to be paid by the booked guest during that time.
