The home offers an indoor/outdoor feel with front, side, and enclosed back porches, a grill with a swing chair, a small putting green, and a screened-in seating area. A spacious deck is located off the upstairs bedrooms, perfect for yoga or morning coffee. The top floor features a Crow's Nest nook with a lookout point offering sunrise and sunset views.
Guests can enjoy a large community pool, available year-round, though heating is at the discretion of the HOA and not guaranteed during winter holidays and spring breaks. Tangerine Cove is located in the quiet and charming Crystal Beach Cottages neighborhood, just one block (a seven-minute walk) from public beach access. It's also a few minutes away from local restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and entertainment, with easy access to Destin's sugar sand beaches and emerald green water.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Pets are allowed, but smoking and events are not permitted. Guests must vacate the premises by 10 AM CST on checkout day, or an additional night's rate and cleaning fee will apply. Luggage drop-off after checkout is not allowed. Street parking or blocking sidewalks may result in a citation from the City of Destin. No underage drinking or illegal activity is permitted. All drivers of the golf cart must sign a waiver, and no drivers under 25 are allowed. Groups under 25 years of age are not hosted. Any law enforcement calls may result in eviction and loss of security deposit. The community pool is for registered guests only during posted hours, and no pets are permitted in the pool. Trash must be taken out on specified days (Monday and Thursday after 12 PM ONLY for Tuesday & Friday pickup), and trash cans must be brought in from the curb before 5 PM to avoid citations. Rearranging furniture, taking indoor items outside, or removing items from the home is not allowed. Cleanup of bodily fluids will result in loss of security deposit/additional cleaning charges. Parties and events are not permitted. At the end of 2024, a complimentary golf cart will no longer be offered, but local rental companies can be recommended.
