The heart of SolMate features a saltwater pool with optional heating and a hot tub. The main home includes a king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a second king bedroom, and a third bedroom with two twin bunk beds. The living area offers two queen sleeper sofas. The carriage home provides a fourth bedroom with two twin bunk beds and a fifth king bedroom. Both homes share a large paved patio and an outdoor kitchen with a natural gas Weber grill. Enjoy fun games and amenities, including a ping pong table and a putt-putt green.
Guests receive complimentary use of a six-passenger golf cart and bikes. Pool heating is included during the off-season (November, December, January, and February) and can be optionally heated during other times for an additional fee.
