The main house features a King bed in the Shrimp Theme bedroom with a private en-suite full bathroom, a King bed in the Oyster Theme bedroom, a twin bunk room with two sets of twin over twin bunks in the Florida Orange Theme bedroom, a twin bunk room in the Fish Theme bedroom, and a King bed in the Palm Theme bedroom. The Carriage House offers a King bed in the Flamingo Theme bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom that also has access from the pool deck. The kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience.
A 6-passenger golf cart is included for drivers aged 25+ and includes propane for the outdoor grill. The private pool can be heated for an additional fee of $350 for up to 7 days. Parking is available for up to 5 vehicles.

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Pets are allowed with a $200 pet fee per dog, and a maximum of 2 dogs are permitted. Smoking and events are not allowed. Check-in time is 4:00 PM CST and check-out time is 10:00 AM CST. Any guest staying past check-out time will be charged for an extra day and cleaning fee. Spring break/student groups under age 25 must be notified before booking and may have additional requirements, including signing a student agreement and bringing a $100 cash deposit per person. Pool heating is not included and pricing varies based on season and length of trip. Any cleanup of bodily fluids will result in loss of security deposit and additional cleaning charges.
