The main house features four bedrooms, including two with private balconies overlooking the pool, and two queen-over-queen bunk beds. The carriage home offers two additional king bedrooms, each with a balcony and a kitchenette. The living area boasts a cozy L-shaped couch, a desk area, a large TV, and a vibrant electric fireplace. The open-layout kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, gas range, microwave, dishes, cutlery, pots & pans, crock pot, blender, toaster, griddle, and a choice of a drip coffee maker or Keurig machine. A washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board are also provided.
A complimentary 6-passenger golf cart is available exclusively for guests. The private pool can be optionally heated for an additional fee, inquire for pricing. Pets are welcome with a required $200 pet fee per pet, and guests must be 25 years or older to operate the golf cart.
Situated in the heart of Crystal Beach, this home is less than a half-mile walk or a quick golf cart ride to gorgeous public beach access. You'll be across from Destin Commons with plenty of shopping, entertainment, and restaurants, and a short drive to Silver Sands Outlets. Most local destinations can be reached by the complimentary golf cart.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Events are not allowed. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Groups under age 25 must inquire for approval before booking, as separate rules and deposit requirements apply. No underage drinking or illegal activity of any kind is allowed. A maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted with a $200 non-refundable pet fee due before check-in. Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are subject to the pet fee; only ADA-registered service animals are exempt. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets. An additional $50 fee may apply for excess cleanup. Pool heating is not included and cannot be offered if outdoor temperatures are below 55°F. Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. No unapproved visitors, drop-ins, or extra overnight guests are allowed. Do not rearrange furniture in the home. Any cleanup of bodily fluids (indoors or outdoors) will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges. Trash must be taken to the curb on Monday and Thursday evenings for Tuesday and Friday pickup. Excess trash or missed pickup days may incur additional charges. Trash cans must be returned to the home after pickup. Failure to do so may result in an HOA citation, which will be passed on to the guest. All issues or damage must be reported immediately. Guests may be held financially responsible for unreported issues or damage discovered after check-out. Violating house rules may result in additional charges or forfeiture of the security deposit.
