This home features a private, fully gated backyard oasis, complete with a private swimming pool and three private balconies overlooking the pool. Catch the game on the outdoor TV while soaking up the sun, fire up the grill, and keep your favorite drinks perfectly chilled in the outdoor refrigerator. The main home's living room area is cozy with a spacious L-shaped couch and a vibrant electric fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked with a fridge, dishwasher, gas range, microwave, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, crock pot, blender, toaster, and griddle. Coffee drinkers can enjoy either a regular drip coffee maker or a Keurig machine. A washer and dryer are offered in the main home, with an ironing board and iron provided. Beach towels are provided for guest use.

Located in the desirable Crystal Beach neighborhood, this home is less than half a mile walk, or a quick trip in the golf cart, to gorgeous public beach access. You are in the heart of Crystal Beach, and directly across from the Destin Commons with plenty of shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. The Silver Sands Outlets are within a few minutes drive East with more shopping, restaurants, and a play area for kids. There are plenty of public beach accesses close by within walking/golf cart distance.
The home behind Lighthouse Legends is currently being built and undergoing construction, and guests may experience some noise during city-permitted construction hours in accordance with local regulations. Parties and events are not permitted. Up to two pets are allowed with a required $200 pet fee. Pets must be house trained, not permitted on the furniture, and are required to be crated if left unattended. Guests bringing pets must disclose this prior to booking, as a pet fee must be paid prior to arrival. Pets and emotional support animals are subject to a pet fee, only ADA compliant service animals trained to perform a task are exempt from this. You are expected to clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors. The driveway can accommodate up to four vehicles. No streetside or overnight public parking is available, so please plan accordingly before arrival. The golf cart is only available for licensed and insured drivers age 25+ with a completed waiver prior to arrival. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST.
