The dining area offers seating for 6. The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in glass door shower with two shower heads.

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Smoking is not allowed. Events are not allowed. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed but may be possible upon request. Guests are not able to have mail shipped to the property. No student groups or guests under 25 are permitted. No underage drinking or illegal activity of any kind is allowed. No noise past 10 PM local ordinance. If police or local authorities are called and eviction is necessary, no refunds will be issued, and the full security deposit may be forfeited depending on the situation. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets. Trash must be taken to the curb on Monday and Thursday evenings for Tuesday and Friday pickup. Excess trash or missed pickup days may incur additional charges. Trash cans must be returned to the home after pickup. Failure to do so may result in an HOA citation, which will be passed on to the guest. No trash or debris should be left around home or outdoors at any time. All issues or damage must be reported immediately. Guests may be held financially responsible for unreported issues or damage discovered after check-out.
