The open-air living area includes a comfortable sectional, a Smart TV with Hulu Live, and a reading nook with two snug accent chairs. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large fridge with on-demand water and ice, stove, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, cookware, silverware, standard coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, Keurig, Crockpot, blender, toaster, and even children's cutlery and dinnerware. A breakfast bar with three stools and a dining area with seating for 6 complete the space. Also provided is a pack & play, high chair, and kids dishes/silverware.

Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Up to 2 house-trained dogs are permitted with a $200 non-refundable pet fee.
