Guests will be responsible for A/C issues due to doors/windows being left open while A/C is running. Parties and events are not permitted. If police or local authorities are called and eviction is the necessary result, the nightly rate will be applied depending on the issue. Any law enforcement calls may result in loss of security deposit, at the owner's discretion. Any cleanup of bodily fluids of any kind in any location on the property (both indoors/outdoors) will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges.
