This home features top-of-the-line Marriott mattresses for a restful sleep. The fully equipped kitchen includes full appliances, dishes, bake ware, pots & pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, a blender, a traditional coffee maker, and a Keurig. For younger guests, a high chair, pack and play, kids cutlery, cups, and plastic dishes are provided. The living area boasts custom teal couches and swivel chairs, offering ample space for relaxation. A full-sized washer and dryer are conveniently located off the kitchen.
A four-passenger golf cart is available as an add-on for $375 + tax per week, per stay during peak season (March through October). During the off-season (November through February), the golf cart is complimentary for guests. Pets are welcome with a $200 non-refundable pet fee per dog, with a maximum of 2 house-trained dogs allowed. An additional $50 fee may apply for excess cleanup. ADA-registered service animals are exempt from the pet fee.

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Events are not allowed. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Luggage cannot be left at the property after check-out. Mail cannot be shipped to the property. No student groups or guests under 25 are permitted. Underage drinking or illegal activity of any kind is not allowed. Violating house rules may result in additional charges or forfeiture of the security deposit. The community pool is open seasonally from April 1 to October 26. Guests must be 25 years or older to operate the golf cart. Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Do not rearrange furniture in the home. Cleanup of bodily fluids will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges. Trash must be taken to the curb on Monday and Thursday evenings for pickup. Excess trash or missed pickup days may incur additional charges. Trash cans must be returned to the home after pickup. All issues or damage must be reported immediately.
