The open-concept living area includes cozy couches, a dining area, and a kitchen equipped with full appliances, dishes, bake ware, pots & pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, a blender, and a traditional coffee maker & Keurig. A breakfast bar seats four. The master bedroom offers a King bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is a bunk room with Queen-over-Queen bunks and a Twin trundle, complete with a Smart TV. The third bedroom also features a King bed and a Smart TV. A full-sized washer and dryer are conveniently located behind the kitchen.
Enjoy a large community pool that is heated seasonally, tennis courts with pickleball lines, and a community sand volleyball court. A fire pit is available for evening enjoyment. A complimentary six-passenger golf cart is provided to explore Destin. Complimentary beach towels are supplied for guests. Pets are welcome with a $200 non-refundable pet fee per dog, with a maximum of two house-trained dogs allowed. Emotional Support Animals are subject to the pet fee; only ADA-registered service animals are exempt. Guests must be 25 years or older to operate the golf cart, and all drivers are required to complete a waiver prior to use. RV, trailer, or watercraft parking is not permitted.

Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Early check-in and late check-out may be possible upon request. Guests are not able to have mail shipped to the property. No student groups or guests under 25 are permitted, including spring break groups. Underage drinking or illegal activity of any kind is not allowed. Violating house rules may result in additional charges or forfeiture of the security deposit. Guests must be 25 years or older to operate the golf cart. Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. No unapproved visitors, drop-ins, or extra overnight guests are allowed. Do not rearrange furniture in the home. Cleanup of bodily fluids will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges. Trash must be taken to the curb on Monday and Thursday evenings for pickup. Excess trash or missed pickup days may incur additional charges. Trash cans must be returned to the home after pickup. All issues or damage must be reported immediately. Guests may be held financially responsible for unreported issues or damage discovered after check-out. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
