A breakfast bar seats four. A full-sized washer and dryer are conveniently located behind the kitchen. The master bedroom includes a King bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is a bunk room with Queen-over-Queen bunks, a Twin trundle, and a Smart TV. The third bedroom features a King bed and a Smart TV. Complimentary beach towels are provided.
This property offers a large community pool that is heated seasonally, tennis courts with pickleball lines, and a community sand volleyball court. Enjoy roasting marshmallows at the fire pit. A FREE six-passenger golf cart is available to explore Destin. Pets are welcome with advance approval and a $200 non-refundable pet fee per dog, with a maximum of two house-trained dogs allowed. An additional $50 fee may apply for excess cleanup. All golf cart drivers must complete a waiver prior to use and be 25 years or older.

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Events are not allowed. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Luggage cannot be left at the property after check-out. Mail cannot be shipped to the property. No student groups or guests under 25 are permitted. Underage drinking or illegal activity of any kind is not allowed. Violating house rules may result in additional charges or forfeiture of the security deposit. If police or local authorities are called and eviction is necessary, no refunds will be issued, and the full security deposit may be forfeited. Guests must be 25 years or older to operate the golf cart. Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. No unapproved visitors, drop-ins, or extra overnight guests are allowed. Do not rearrange furniture in the home. Any cleanup of bodily fluids will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges. Trash must be taken to the curb on Monday and Thursday evenings for Tuesday and Friday pickup. Excess trash or missed pickup days may incur additional charges. Trash cans must be returned to the home after pickup. All issues or damage must be reported immediately. Guests may be held financially responsible for unreported issues or damage discovered after check-out. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
