Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Pets are allowed with advance approval and a $325 non-refundable pet fee per dog, with a maximum of 2 house-trained dogs permitted. Emotional Support Animals are subject to the pet fee; only ADA-registered service animals are exempt. An additional $50 fee may apply for excess pet cleanup. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Events are not allowed. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed but may be possible upon request.
