Pets must be house trained, leashed when outside in common areas, cleaned up after both indoors and outdoors, crated when left unattended, and not permitted on furniture at any time. Trailer/RV/Box Truck/Watercraft parking is not permitted at any time in the complex, and towing fees issued from the HOA apply to any violation. No smoking is allowed in the condo or on the balcony at any time, or a $250 charge will be enforced for odor removal. If the air conditioning issues are caused by the guest freezing the unit with the temperature found under 70 degrees, the guest is responsible for repairs.
