This home features a large private heart-shaped pool and spillover spa, plenty of patio space, and comfy rooms throughout. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, silverware, cookware, glasses, pots and pans, baking sheets and dishes, blenders, crock pots, and more! Full appliances include a refrigerator, gas range, microwave, dishwasher, both standard and Keurig coffee makers, and an on-demand countertop ice maker. There are Smart TVs in every room equipped with standard cable, and the ability to log in to your own streaming service. High-speed internet can be accessed in every area of the home, even the pool deck. The living room has two large comfortable couches and two occasional chairs around the gas fireplace. A stackable washer and dryer is available for guest use.
Pool and spa heating is available during the chilly months for a fee. Please inquire when booking for pricing based on length of stay. A pack and play, high chair, kids cutlery, cups, and plastic dishes are available for tiny travelers. Pets are welcome with a $200 pet fee that must be paid prior to check-in. Located in the highly desired neighborhood of Crystal Beach in Destin, this home is just a short block from public beach access and in close proximity to shopping, restaurants, and attractions. During busy times it can be easier to take an Uber, Lyft, or taxi to avoid dealing with traffic and parking. The town is fairly easy to navigate, as most everything to do is directly off the main road in either direction.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM central standard time and check-out is at 10:00 AM central standard time. We must be notified of a pet joining your trip before arrival. There is a 2 pet maximum permitted (unless otherwise approved). Pets must be house trained, not permitted on furniture or in the pool, and crated when left unattended. You are expected to clean up after your pet, or a $50 fee will be assessed. Emotional Support Animals are subject to pet fee, ADA Registered Service Animals are the only animals exempt from this at any time. Impersonating an ADA Service animal is a crime in our state so we appreciate honesty in this matter. Street parking or blocking sidewalk/right-of-way may result in citation from the City of Destin to be paid by guest in violation.
