Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property, and a $500 fine will be charged for indoor smoking, plus any necessary cleaning or damage repairs. Unauthorized guests will incur an additional fee of $100 per guest per night, and the stay may be terminated without refund if unauthorized guests are discovered.
