A complimentary six-passenger golf cart and a couple of bikes are available upon arrival. A full-size washer and dryer are on-site. The outdoor kitchen includes a SmartTV, natural gas Weber grill, and beverage cooler. The backyard features a natural gas firepit, Tetherball pole, putt-putt green, outdoor ping pong table, and cornhole boards. Pool heating is optional and priced separately based on season and length of stay. Pets are allowed with a $200 pet fee per pet, and a maximum of 2 dogs are permitted. House-trained pets are required, and guests are expected to clean up after their pets.

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Events are not permitted. Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM CST. Only registered guests are permitted. Underage drinking or illegal activity is prohibited. The golf cart is included but not permitted to be driven by guests under age 25, and a waiver must be completed by all drivers. Spring break/student groups under age 25 must notify the host before booking, as additional requirements apply, including signing a student agreement and providing a $100 cash refundable security deposit per person. Any law enforcement calls may result in eviction and loss of security deposit. ADA Registered Service Animals are exempt from pet fees, but emotional support animals are subject to the pet fee. Pets are not permitted in the pool or on furniture. Do not rearrange furniture in the home. Parking is available for up to 5 vehicles; street parking or blocking sidewalks may result in a citation from the City of Destin. Parties and events are not permitted.
