The second floor offers Bedroom 3 with two full-over-full bunk beds and a shared Jack & Jill bathroom, Bedroom 4 with a king bed and a shared Jack & Jill bathroom, Bedroom 5 with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom, Bedroom 6 with two twin-over-twin bunk beds and balcony access, and Bedroom 7 with a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, and balcony access. The living area is cozy with a sectional couch, two accent chairs, and a TV with standard cable. The open-layout kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, range, microwave, dishes, cutlery, pots & pans, crock pot, blender, toaster, griddle, and more. Public beach access is within walking distance, and many other beach access points along Scenic 98 can be easily reached.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Smoking is not allowed. Events are not allowed. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Luggage is not to be left at the property after check-out. Guests are not able to have mail shipped to the property. No student groups or guests under 25 are permitted. No underage drinking or illegal activity of any kind is allowed. A maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted with a $200 non-refundable pet fee due before check-in. Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are subject to the pet fee; only ADA-registered service animals are exempt. Guests must be 25 years or older to operate the golf cart. Pool heating is not included and pricing varies by season and length of stay; pool heating cannot be offered if outdoor temperatures are below 55°F. Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. No unapproved visitors, drop-ins, or extra overnight guests allowed. Do not rearrange furniture in the home. Trash must be taken to the curb on Monday and Thursday evenings for Tuesday and Friday pickup. All issues or damage must be reported immediately.
