This unique property boasts two separate homes, each with three bedrooms, providing personalized comfort and ample living space. The two full kitchens are equipped with Frigidaire Gallery appliances, fully stocked with dishes, silverware, utensils, cookware, and bakeware, along with a variety of small appliances. Enjoy a standard coffee pot and Keurig for your morning coffee. Smart TVs with YouTube TV are available for entertainment. The front home includes a bonus Murphy bed in one of its living areas, and both homes feature private built-in workspaces in the second-floor bedrooms. Laundry facilities with a stackable washer and dryer are conveniently located in the front home.
Rent a six-passenger golf cart for convenient cruising to the beach or shopping. Ample parking is available, including space for RV parking with an EV charger port. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Smoking and events are not allowed on the property. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Guests are not able to have mail shipped to the property. No student groups or guests under age 25 are permitted without a parent or guardian present. A maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted with a $200 non-refundable pet fee due before check-in. Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are subject to the pet fee; only ADA-registered service animals are exempt. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets, and an additional $50 fee may apply for excess cleanup. Golf cart use is not included with your stay and requires guests to be 25 years or older with a valid license and current vehicle insurance coverage to operate. Pool heating is not included but can be added for a seasonal fee upon request. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Do not rearrange furniture. Any cleanup of bodily fluids will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges. Trash must be taken to the curb on Monday and Thursday evenings for pickup.
