Not worth the price

Elevators never work. You can’t access main building at night so have to work through and empty and dark garage at night to get access to building. They overbook club rooms and cancel last minute for events

The Best

Out of all of the communities I have lived in, Sanctuary by far is the best of them all. The community is kept clean, even after hours when I get home from work. I live in a one bedroom apartment, and it is spacious enough for me to finally feel comfortable - and the closet is huge too. Most of all, the staff is attentive to all my needs at all hours of the day. I have never felt this kind of attentiveness and care from staff members in the past, until I moved here. I can honestly say I don't… regret my decision to live here.

Best rental community in Doral

Sanctuary Doral is by far the best rental community I've ever seen. The units are flawless and the amenities are luxury from top to bottom. The move in process was easy and the management team is friendly and helpful. The community is pet friendly and has a huge pet park and pet spa for the furry residents. I love how this community plans free events! In our short time at Sanctuary we have been treated to yummy food trucks, raffles, free fitness classes, free photo shoots, and free holidays… events for ourselves and the little ones. Excellent community very much looking forward to renewing.

Excelente comunidad

He vivido en Doral por 6 años y puedo asegurar que no hay otro complejo como este. Los apartamentos tienen los mejores acabados y el complejo tiene muchísimos amenities. El management ha sido muy colaborador en todo, y no hay problemas de parking.
