It's always disappointing when your sees the apartment for the first time and find 20 issues. The painting leaves a lot of sports and there are early damages that didn't fixed. Not a good start for us..bur the front office always says.. that it will fixed.. So we rely on that..otherwise it's a quick rental plan

So far I'm loving this place.
The people is very nice. The pool are is always very clean, the dog park is amazing for my dog.
I want to say special thanks to Alejandro that helped us with all the paper work and he was super nice and super patient with us

Living at Palms of Doral has been an excellent experience. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and peaceful. The level of service provided here is truly outstanding — from the leasing office to maintenance, everyone is incredibly professional, responsive, and respectful.

One of the things I appreciate most is how transparent and honest the staff is. You always feel like you’re being treated fairly and with genuine care. They take the time to explain everything clearly and are always... willing to help with any concerns.

I’m genuinely happy and grateful to be living in this unit. It’s not just a place to live — it feels like home. I would highly recommend Palms of Doral to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable, and well-managed community.
