The worst, loud, noisy, dirty apartemnts! They raised the rent again with no improvements to inside or outside of apartments, inside of apartments are old all need new cabinets and paints, ceilings leaking from storm damage needs new roofing on over half of apartment buildings, front gate has never worked since the two years I’ve been here, outside of apartments are very filthy, need pressure washed and new paint job on outside, buildings look dingy and mildew, neighbors on top of you are loud... and noisy, nothing is done office just tells you “that’s apartment living” kids are allowed to run around and bang and make noises in hallways all time of night, no type of structure or rules in this community, they switch managers like you change your underwear! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! If I could have given zero stars it would have been better! Management is horrible and maintenance is even worse at first it was the air conditioning it would never reach the desired temperature 75 it would always linger at 80-81. They came several times and said it was working fine. Meanwhile my electric bill is Sky High because my AC on auto setting is constantly running because it never reaches the desired temperature. The area around the air conditioning vents are stained... drown from leaks yet they say it's fine. My cabinet door fell off they didn't even replace it with a new one. According to the maintenance guy they no longer make the same color cabinets because they're so old that they would have to replace the entire kitchen just for one door they just put some glue and screws and called it a day. And the worst of it all when I was shown the apartment they showed me were the metal Window storm shutters were and told by management they would be put on by maintenance in the event of a hurricane. Now today we are in threat of hurricane Irma, I question the office as to when the shutters would be put on? Come to find out they DON'T put the shutters on I have to put them on myself. Having no choice I said fine where are the screws? I was told by management they should be attached to the metal shutters in a bag. The day I went to put the shutters on there are no screws in sight. I went to five different Walmarts in five different cities all the screws SOLD OUT! I told maintenance about the problem they said there's nothing they can do. A neighbor gave us some extra screws they had when attempting to put the metal shutters on the brackets they were all loose and the screws wouldn't screw in. So not only has management refused to help during what is being reported as a catastrophic hurricane they have put me and my family in danger and not only me everyone that lives at Tuscany Lakes THEY HAVE REFUSED TO HELP US ALL... In fact... as a maintenance man drove by in his little golf cart and was told we were having trouble screwing the metal into the damage brackets he said "do the best that you can do" and drove away. I can't wait for my Lease to be up!! I will not be renewing my lease and I will NEVER refer anyone to live at Tuscany lakes in Ellenton Florida!!! OH, and if you have kids there's a pedophile that lives in Tuscany Lakes that management says they can't do anything about. Read More

Tuscany Lakes is very nice. Views are wonderful ..Shopping is Great.. Close enough to the beaches..Prime location for everything..Maintenance is the best with everything they do..Could not ask ask for more

Tuscany is a great place to live, with an awesome view of two ponds full of fishs
turtles, ducks and birds. And also surrounded by great restaurants and good shopping.

We live at tuscanny lakes apartment's. We love it here. The office staff are wonderful and when we have a problem they come out immediately to fix it.. the only down fall we have is there is no adult supervision for kids in the pool...its not the apartments its the parents that live here. But for our first family apartment we do love it here.
