Hi I am a tenant in the community and I will start off by saying I’m glad I chose these beautiful townhome at first I was skeptical because of reviews but I can honestly say I’m glad I didn’t listen it’s a great neighborhood the insides are everything the office team is very helpful and great I appreciate all the lady’s it’s very worth it i over love my place???? Going on 2 years living here & we absolutely love it! The staff and management are all very helpful, very attentive, caring and understanding to any of our concerns with anything inside of our unit to any concerns with neighbors anything they are literally just a PHONE CALL AWAY! The Maintence crew are amazing they take care of everything that needs fixing as soon as possible! They are always on time with their monthly inspection, pest controls, and changing out the air filters.. they also keep... the community it self very clean and repaint when they see something looking out of Wack without us even asking! I am very happy they make sure we are keeping our units cleaned in every aspects.. avoid bugs and roaches. I love it! We are all comfortable & happy to this community our home! Keep up the great time work Ambar Key we see your hard work. For the complex, to be in the city it’s in it’s by far the best community, cleaned, and well kept.

My car has been broken into multiple times over here and I took it to the complex office and there own words was “they can’t do nothing about it “ how bout invest in a SECURITY FENCE and now they are threatening to tow peoples car away

I been living here for 2 years and I just love it I’m in one of the new remodeled units and I love it. When I first walked in unit I was just in awww ?? . But the management team && Maintence team we have are great when they see you they speak ask how everything is going. Maintenance is always available day or night this is just a great place to live for you and your family ??
