One parking spot per reservation is available in the driveway for standard-size personal vehicles. If you would like a 12 PM noon checkout, please inquire whether it's available for your stay for an additional $25 by 9 PM the night before your scheduled departure. There is a $100 non-refundable fee per pet to cover the additional cost of cleaning, and you must inquire BEFORE BOOKING regarding breed limitations and agree to the pet policy.

Occupancy limits are strictly enforced per city ordinance, and full legal names of guests must be provided upon booking. No trailers, boats, vessels, recreational vehicles (including RV’s, campers, mobile homes, 4 wheelers, etc.), buses, box trucks, oversize, or commercial vehicles are allowed, and the fine for violation is $500. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed, and any guest found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund, and the fine for violation is $500. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, and any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is allowed, but outdoor smoking at least 10 feet from the building is permitted, and all windows and doors to the unit must remain closed while smoking outdoors, and the fine for violation is $500. To help ensure the safety of our guests, the property is monitored with exterior cameras that capture and record audio and video, and the fine for unplugging, moving, or any alteration of the security cameras or any of its cords, base station, or any other parts/apparatus is $1000. Check-in is any time 4 PM or later, and check out time is 11 AM unless otherwise agreed upon with the host and late 12PM check out fee is paid prior to 10PM the night before check out.
