I love it. Location is great. Staff is nice. Amenities are big and comfortable. Apartments are nice and big. I will definitely recommend living in 1640 Victoria Park apartments

Living at 1640 Victoria Park has honestly been one of those “why didn’t I move here sooner?” experiences. The location alone deserves a standing ovation. You’re close to everything—beach days, grocery runs, coffee stops, last-minute dinner plans—all without feeling like you’re stuck in chaos. It’s the sweet spot between convenience and calm, which feels like winning the apartment lottery.
The pool area is basically a mini staycation waiting to happen, the gym saves you from those “I’ll start... Monday” excuses, and the common spaces are actually nice enough that you want to use them (not just walk past and say, “oh that’s cute”). Everything feels thoughtfully designed and well kept, which makes day-to-day living easy.
And let’s talk about the real MVPs: the maintenance staff. Fast, friendly, and efficient. You put in a request and they’re on it like it’s a pit crew at a race. They’re professional, respectful, and somehow make even minor fixes feel stress-free.
