Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. There is no smoking inside the house, with a $1000 fine for violations. Smoking is allowed outside on the patio. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is 11 am. Please use extreme caution while using the sauna and cold plunge; all guests must be responsible users and use at their own risk. The property may have minor differences from the listing photos as decorative items are still arriving. Take advantage of discounted nightly rates. There is a strict no-party policy. Any report or evidence of an unauthorized event will result in the immediate termination of the reservation and an automatic forfeiture of the remaining stay without a refund. Guests are responsible for adhering to all city-wide noise ordinances. Any fines issued by the city due to guest noise violations will be the responsibility of the guest. The AC thermostat should not be set below 60 degrees to prevent freezing the unit. Any guests who plan to use the BBQ grill must be familiar with propane gas grills and clean the grill after use. Excessive cleaning of the grill will result in additional cleaning fees. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to rent. For security purposes, please upload a copy of your photo ID within 72 hours of booking or prior to entering the premises. If this is not provided, the reservation may be canceled with no refund. There are only three parking spaces available on the property: one in the garage and two in the driveway. Please do not park on the grass, street, or on any neighbor’s property. All trash must be bagged and removed from the unit; excessive trash requiring haul away will result in a $75 removal fee. Any excessive waste or scattered mess requiring professional deep cleaning beyond a standard turnover will incur an additional $300 cleaning fee. Please do not flush paper towels, tampons, wipes of any sort, sanitary napkins, or anything other than toilet paper. The Fort Lauderdale water may have a yellow tint due to tannins, but it is safe to drink. A Brita water filter, a smart fridge with purified water, and water bottles are provided for convenience. Please do not leave the sauna running unattended. Use at your own risk. Guests must log in to use their own streaming accounts. There is no daily maid service. Linens and bath towels are included, but starter supplies for toilet tissue, paper towels, dish soap, garbage bags, and laundry detergent are provided. Additional items may be available upon request but are not guaranteed. Guests must notify the host immediately of any issues during their stay. No rebates or discounts will be provided for mechanical failures of non-essential appliances. Authorized service personnel may need access to exterior areas of the property during your stay for maintenance. Guests may celebrate private birthdays, anniversaries, and other personal occasions with their registered and approved guests. A celebration involving additional attendees requires advance written Host approval and may incur an event fee. Unauthorized attendance and violation fees apply if the number of individuals present exceeds the approved attendance.
