Fort Lauderdale city ordinance quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, with a $1000 fine for violations. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is 11 am. Please use extreme caution while using the sauna and cold plunge; all guests must be responsible users and use at their own risk. This home is not suitable for children. Please do not have the AC thermostat below 60 degrees as this can freeze the AC unit. Any guests who plan to use the BBQ grill are welcome to do so, but please only use it if you are familiar with propane gas grills. Please turn on the vent fan while the grill is in use. Before & after each use, please turn on & off the propane tank and/or the knob that shuts the gas off and on. Please turn on the vent fan while the grill is in use. In order to minimize a messy clean up, we ask that guests use foil and clean up the grill after use by using the grill cleaner formula provided and pouring out the drip pan. Fire extinguisher is located in the kitchen, under the sink. Any excess cleaning will result in additional cleaning fees. Homes in Fort Lauderdale will have copper sheets that are required for use and must be cleaned and not thrown away! Please do not flush paper towels, tampons, wipes of any sort, sanitary napkins, or anything other than toilet paper. All loose trash is to be bagged and put in waste bins provided. The black bin is for all trash and the blue bin is for recycling. Please do not overfill trash in either of the bins. Any excess trash, waste, or any other mess resulting in additional cleaning will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $300. There are only three parking spaces available on the property. The garage will fit one vehicle and comes with a free Tesla charger. You will be able to use the keypad just outside of the garage to close it, but not to open it. Our driveway will allow for 2 additional vehicles parked outside. Please DO NOT PARK on the grass, street, or on any neighbor’s property. Parties or events are strictly prohibited. Music must be kept to a non-disturbing level during quiet hours and any conversations should be had inside the house, not near the street, front entrance, or even the patio/balcony areas. Please be mindful of the city-wide quiet hours from 10 pm-8 am and make sure that pre-approved extra guests leave by 12 am. Any reports or evidence of a party or organized event taking place will be an automatic forfeiture of your stay without a refund. Please ensure that you clean up after your furry family members. We will apply an excessive cleaning fee to unreasonably dirty homes. We do have a designated "Potty Area" for your pets in the backyard patio. However, it is YOUR responsibility to pick up after your pets. Please ensure that your pets are never left unattended inside or outside of the home. This includes leaving pets unattended in enclosed patio areas. Please ensure that your pets are not creating a noise disturbance during your stay. If we receive more than 3 complaints, it may result in the termination of your reservation without a refund. Pets may NOT be on our beds, towels, bedding, sofas, or carpeted areas. An excessive cleaning fee will be applied if pet hair is found in these areas. Please make sure all PET FEES are paid PRIOR to your arrival or the entry code will not be given until it has been completed. All pets are to be leashed while outside at all times. By renting out this property you further acknowledge and agree that since this home is located in a residential area, there is a possibility for noise that is outside of our control which includes but is not limited to: construction, loud noises from others nearby, and local events on-going. There is a possibility that construction might also occur on or nearby our properties due to a last minute repair that needs to be tended to. No refunds will be provided should this occur. If you’re staying in a home of ours with any recording devices or noise detection devices, please assume that our devices are on at all times during your stay. Any and all recordings captured on our property remain our property. Please do not leave the sauna running unattended. Please follow all guidelines for sauna use. Please be responsible and do your own research on proper spa usage. Use at your own risk. Any and all planned or spontaneous special events or gatherings are subject to approval under stipulation that varies from property to property. They are also subject to a fee. If evidence of a special event or gathering has been discovered you will be asked to pay the fee and agree to our terms. If the event or gathering does not meet our stipulations or terms, the fee will still be expected to be due but the event and/or gathering will need to end immediately. Please know that any unauthorized events or gatherings are cause for a termination of stay without a refund. Please login to use your own streaming accounts.
