This property consists of three units, with the backyard, grill, and pool being shared spaces. While your apartment is private, you can enjoy the communal areas and meet other guests. Please note that parties, smoking, and unregistered guests are not allowed on the property. Exterior cameras are installed at the main entrance, side gate, and pool area for safety, but none are inside or facing your unit. The pool is heated to about 20 degrees above ambient temperatures, with a maximum of 85 degrees. During Florida's colder months, the pool temperature may vary. A guest verification process is required within 48 hours of booking, including a rental agreement and a non-refundable $60 damage waiver.
