This property consists of three units, with your apartment being completely private and exclusive to you. The backyard, grill, and pool are shared spaces. No parties, no smoking, and no unregistered guests are allowed on the property. Exterior cameras are located on the outside of the property facing the parking lot, side gate entrance, and pool to ensure safety. The pool heats to about 20 degrees above the ambient outside temperatures, with a max temperature set to 85 degrees.
