Occupancy limits are strictly enforced per city ordinance, and full legal names of all guests must be provided upon booking. One parking spot per reservation is allowed in the driveway for standard-size personal vehicles only; no trailers, boats, vessels, recreational vehicles, buses, box trucks, oversize, or commercial vehicles are permitted. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed, and any guest found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund, and will incur a $500 fine. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, and any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is allowed, but outdoor smoking is permitted at least 10 feet from the building, provided all windows and doors remain closed; a $500 fine will be imposed for any violation. Guests must send a photo of a valid ID that matches the name on the reservation before receiving check-in instructions. Check-in is any time 4 PM or later, and check-out is at 11 AM. A $1000 fine will be imposed for unplugging, moving, or any alteration of the security cameras or any of its cords, base station, or any other parts/apparatus.
The host reserves the right for service providers to access the exterior of the property to maintain landscaping, provide pest control, and provide other maintenance services during the guest's reservation.
Please note that the partner will place a $350 refundable authorization hold on a credit or debit card about 72 hours before arrival for security.
