Only standard-size personal vehicles are permitted for parking, and no trailers, boats, vessels, recreational vehicles, buses, box trucks, oversize, or commercial vehicles are allowed, with a $500 fine for violation. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed, and any guest found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund, with a $500 fine for violation. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, and any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is allowed, including cigarettes, hookah, vaping, pipes, cigars, and any cannabis use, with a $500 fine for violation. Outdoor smoking at least 10 feet from the building is permitted, and all windows/doors to the unit must remain closed while smoking outdoors. Check-in is any time 4 PM or later. Check-out time is 11 AM unless otherwise agreed upon with the host and a late 12 PM check-out fee is paid prior to 10 PM the night before check-out. Failure to check out on time will result in overstay fees. The property is monitored with exterior cameras that capture and record audio and video, and any alteration of the security cameras will result in a $1000 fine. Crypto mining or similar activities are not allowed. Any guest who would like to have packages delivered must first obtain host permission. Once the stay has been completed, guests must refrain from leaving luggage or personal belongings upon checkout.
