No indoor smoking is allowed, but outdoor smoking is permitted at least 10 feet from the building, with all windows and doors closed; a $500 fine will be incurred for any violation. If you would like to bring a pet, you must inquire before booking regarding breed limitations and agree to the pet policy; there is a $100 non-refundable fee per pet. Check-in is any time 4 PM or later, and check-out is at 11 AM. To help ensure the safety of our guests, the property is monitored with exterior cameras that capture and record audio and video; unplugging, moving, or any alteration of the security cameras or any of its cords, base station, or any other parts/apparatus will incur a $1000 fine and may result in immediate cancelation of the reservation without a refund. Standard-size personal vehicles are permitted for parking, and no trailers, boats, vessels, recreational vehicles, buses, box trucks, oversize, or commercial vehicles are allowed; a $500 fine will be incurred for any violation.
